These terms describe the Sqreeb service as it works today. The operating company is the one named on the imprint. If a field on the imprint is still empty, that detail has not been published yet. It does not change how the product behaves.
The service
Sqreeb is a workspace for a company's invoices, expenses, bank import, Swiss VAT, reports and an AI copilot. The marketing site does not create an account and does not charge a card. Signup, the company and the subscription live in the app.
Trial
- A new company can start a 14-day trial without a card.
- One trial is available for each verified email address.
- Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
- When the trial ends unpaid, the books stay available to read and download. New bookkeeping entries and new Copilot questions stop until a subscription is paid.
Plans, seats and prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (centimes) and come from the public catalog. A company keeps the price version it accepted. A later catalog change does not replace that price. Each plan includes a number of users. Internal members use a seat. Fiduciary roles do not. Extra seats, where the plan allows them, are added on the paid subscription.
Payment
A paid subscription starts only after the owner confirms checkout and Stripe reports a successful payment. Card details are handled by Stripe. Sqreeb stores the subscription status, the period and the pinned price, not the card number.
Discount codes and credit packs
The owner can apply one discount code prepared in Sqreeb. Checkout uses that code. Customers cannot type a different promotion code. A code already on a paid subscription stays for the duration that was saved. A credit pack is a one-time payment. Those credits apply to the current Copilot period only. They do not change the monthly allowance, and they do not roll over.
Cancellation and failed payments
The owner cancels in Sqreeb. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, then the subscription ends and the books become read-only until the company subscribes again. The customer portal cannot cancel or change the plan. A failed payment does not lock the books. The owner is emailed, and the books stay open while the payment is unpaid.
Copilot
Copilot answers from the books of the company you are in. It does not answer from another customer's workspace. Questions spend the credits of the current period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Copilot is not tax, legal or audit advice.
Your books
The company data stays in the workspace when access is read-only. Sqreeb does not connect to your bank. Bank lines arrive only from a statement you import. These terms are the product rules. They are not a substitute for advice from your fiduciary.
