This notice covers the marketing site and the Sqreeb app. The controller is the operating company named on the imprint. Where an imprint field is still empty, that detail has not been published yet.
Marketing site
- The site reads the public plan prices so it can show the current catalog.
- Choosing a plan opens the app with that plan and billing period in the link. No account is created on this site.
- The newsletter form does not store the address you type. The list is not connected.
Account and company data
The app stores the account email, the company, the people invited into it, and the books that company records: invoices, expenses, contacts, imported bank lines, VAT and reports. Access is limited to that company. A fiduciary sees only the modules the company shares.
Billing
Stripe processes the card payment. Sqreeb receives the subscription status, the period, invoices status and the price that was accepted. Sqreeb does not store the card number.
Copilot
A Copilot question is answered from that company's books. The question and the figures needed to answer it are sent to the model provider for that request. Sqreeb counts the tokens as credits for the current period. Customers do not see a cost in dollars.
Sqreeb sends account mail, invites, invoice mail and billing reminders to the address on the account or the invoice. A failed subscription payment sends one reminder to the owner for each failed-payment event.
Keeping and deleting data
Company books remain available when a trial or a subscription ends, including in read-only mode. To ask for an export or deletion of a company, use the contact address published on the imprint. There is no separate marketing-site account to delete, because this site does not create one.
